Point Of View...
De Palma Hotel Ampang has its vulnerabilities in terms of facilities, services and serving of food. In terms of its facilities, the level of service that some of the guest received and had some of advertisement is misleading. For example, a guest was placed at the small room which is a bit far from the main hall and whenever they need to get the food, its like a long walk from their table.

In terms of customer service, there is also dissatisfaction with clients who have stayed there. They had to stay in a hotel and having
water disruption was due to Syabas. Eventhough they had paid RM180 ++, yet the hotel management does not deducted the price. The hotel does not provide other alternatives in case the problem of lack of water. The hotel should have taken remedial action like have backup water tank in case this kind of emergency happen.

Moreover, in terms of serving the food, Palma has also been providing food less nutritious, occasionally too salty, and sometimes sweet. Therefore, the management of this hotel should be able to take immediate action to resolve this issue.
